Its main features are:

(1) The outer shell has a high degree of sealing to reduce or prevent dust from entering the shell. Even if dust does enter, the amount is not sufficient to create ignition hazards.

(2) The maximum surface temperature of the shell is controlled not to exceed the specified temperature group. It has been used in mechanized equipment for national grain storage facilities. The national standard for dust explosion-proof electrical equipment is GBl2476.1-90 "Explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive dust environments."
