Users in the petrochemical system have recognized the necessity of developing increased safety and spark-free motors in their practical applications. (2) The reliability of explosion-proof motors has increasingly attracted the attention of users in the petrochemical system. As petrochemical enterprises develop towards larger installations and continuous operations, there is a demand for systems to achieve long operational cycles with little to no maintenance. Therefore, explosion-proof motors have become key equipment to ensure these requirements.

(1) The demand for increased safety and non-sparking motors will show an upward trend. Users in the petrochemical system have recognized the necessity of developing increased safety and non-sparking motors in practice.

(2) The reliability of explosion-proof motors has increasingly attracted the attention of petrochemical system users. As petrochemical enterprises develop towards larger installations and continuous operations, there is a demand for systems to achieve long cycles with little or no maintenance. Therefore, explosion-proof motors have become key equipment to ensure these requirements.

(3) Explosion-proof and high-efficiency variable frequency drive motors have become urgently required energy-saving products for petrochemical users. (4) New requirements arising from the development of coastal petrochemical enterprises. A number of refineries will be built along China's coast, with crude oil needing to be imported. However, imported crude oil has a high sulfur content and severe corrosiveness, thus requiring explosion-proof motors to enhance corrosion resistance; additionally, imported crude oil must be transported by sea, and the oil storage tanks require explosion-proof motors that match high-lift, large-flow oil pumps.

(5) The significant development of the petroleum industry in western China requires the development of explosion-proof motor products suitable for desert dry heat environments. The market demand for medium and large capacity increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motors used in hydrogenation units will grow year by year.
