The explosion-proof performance meets the requirements of GB3836.1-83 "General Requirements for Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments" and GB3836.2-83 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments - Flameproof Electrical Equipment"; the motor power range is 0.55-200kW, and the corresponding frame number range is for frame center heights of 80-315mm; the explosion-proof marks are dI, dIIAT4, dIIBT4, which are suitable for fixed equipment in underground coal mines or factories of IIA and IIB levels, with temperature groups T1-T4 for explosive mixtures formed by flammable gases or vapors and air; the main shell protection level is IP44, and it can also be made to IP54, with the junction box protection level being IP54; the rated frequency is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 380, 1660, 1140, 380/660, 660/140V; the motor insulation grade is F, but the stator winding temperature rise is assessed according to grade B, which has a large temperature rise margin. In addition, there are YB series high-voltage flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors (frame center height of 355-450mm, 560-710mm). The YB2 series jointly designed by the industry has passed national certification at the end of 2014 and will gradually replace the YB series, becoming the basic series of flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors in our country. The YB2 series has a total of 15 frame numbers (frame center heights of 63, 355mm), with a power range of 0.12-315kW.
